Viewing and Printing Workfile Profit Analysis

This feature allows you to view sales, cost, and profit statistics by account for the selected workfile. Print and print preview report options are also available. Values that appear in red reflect a lower than expected gross profit as compared to the target value. Values that appear in green reflect a higher than expected gross profit as compared to the target value. Values that appear in black indicate the actual gross profit is equal to the target values.

To view or print the workfile profit analysis

1. Open the repair order workfile.
2. Select the Performance tab.
3. Click the Profit Analysis option from the Views pane.
4. Select Print or Print Preview to print or view the report (optional).
